Why she?
if tomorrow starts without me...

The contents on this page is nothing more than my personal feelings and views, or others views that i found interesting.

The Will of God will never take you,
Where the Grace of God cannot keep you.

Think about this

How much time do we spend personally with God?

What excuses have we for our ingratitude?
Do we underestimate the cost of God's love for us?

"What must we do to be saved?"
"What must we do to do the works God requires?"

What is religion?

Religion especially is not to satisfy our curiosity or to answer speculative questions. It is to restore our relationship with God; to sanctify our hearts and minds and prepare us for eternity. What good comes from stirring up strife over whatever does not help us with this goal?

When Jesus saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them. Do we have the same kind of concern for people who are starving, sick, and suffering from cruel oppression?
  • Are we concerned enough to pray?
  • Do we care enough to give?

Are Happiness & Joy the same

There is a major difference between happiness and joy, and many confuse the two quite often. Happiness is conditional upon our circumstances and seems to come and go as frequently as the changing of the wind. You get a promotion (happy), you find out that it is going to require more work hours (sad), but you realize that you will make more money (happy), but you also realize that the government is going to require more taxes as well (sad). and this list could go on and on. Joy is something quite different.

Joy is that state of peace, rest, gladness and cheerfulness that the Lord provides in spite of the circumstances.

Remember: Prayer is not a wish list; It is a conversation between you and God.

Dear God, I come to You, today, willing and ready to surrender my old self. In surrendering my old self to You, I surrender my old ways that have ceased working in my life. I ask Your help, wonderful God, to help me reinvent myself. I choose, in my free  will, to become a new person. I look to You for my insight and my inspiration. I look to You for renewed strength. Dear God, I ask to be restored in my mind, body, and spirit. I freely  give up worry, hopelessness, fear, and all negative thoughts. I pray that every thought in my mind is now saturated with God's pure love. I choose to make a difference with my life by making a difference in the lives of those around me. I realize that my purpose, the reason that I am here, is to love and to learn the ways of God. Day by day, together with you Oh LORD, help me build a new life, a new body and a new mind. I realize that I have a choice and I make the choice for change and a new higher spiritual lifestyle. With you Lord, one day at a time, I will build this new life with Your Divine help. Also, I thank you Lord for the gift of family and friends, who will not let me down. I believe together with you, I can accomplish anything. So help me Lord, in the mighty matchless name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen and thank God!

You are blessed

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness...you are more blessed than many others.

If you can attend a church meeting without fear of harassment, arrest, torture, or death...you are more blessed than three billion people in the world.

If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep...you are richer than 75% of this world.

If your parents are still alive and still married ... you are very rare, even in the United States and Canada.

If you can read this message, you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world that cannot read at all.
